B. Property Data
When you list a property, we collect details about the property (price, area, rooms, description) and images you upload.
2. Permissions and Device Data
To provide the App’s core functionality, we require access to certain features on your mobile device. We requested these permissions when you perform specific actions in the app.
- Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): We use your device’s camera to allow you to take photos of real estate properties directly within the App and upload them to your listing. We do not access your camera without your permission, and we do not record video or audio when the camera is not in use by you.
- Location (android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): We collect your location data to display your current position on the map and to help you define the location of the property you are adding. This helps users find properties near them.
- Photo Gallery / Storage: We access your photo gallery to allow you to select and upload existing photos of properties.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain the App.
- To allow you to create and manage property listings.
- To display properties on a map based on location.
- To allow other users to contact you via Phone or WhatsApp regarding your listings.
- To authenticate your access (via Firebase Auth).
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The data shared with these providers is limited to what is necessary for the App’s functionality.
- Google Firebase (Authentication & Firestore): Used for user authentication and storing database information.
- Google Maps SDK: Used to display the map interface.
- Cloudinary: Used for securely storing and optimizing property images uploaded by users.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data and property listings for as long as your account is active.
- User Rights: You have the right to edit or delete your property listings directly within the App.
- Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your entire account and associated data by contacting us at the email provided below.
6. Security
The security of your data is important to us. We use secure cloud services (Firebase & Cloudinary) to protect your personal information and images. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
